At Applixtech , transparency and fairness are fundamental to our business ethos. Prior to the initiation of any work, a pre-payment of 50% of the total quoted price is required. This non-refundable payment secures your slot in our production queue and enables us to allocate resources accordingly. Work shall commence promptly upon receipt of this initial payment.

Clarity and alignment are paramount to project success. Before the commencement of any work, both parties shall collaboratively define and agree upon the scope of the project. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.

Until full payment has been received, all intellectual property rights associated with the work produced by Applixtech shall remain vested with Applixtech.
