Payment and Refund Policy

At Applixtech, transparency and fairness are fundamental to our business ethos. Prior to the initiation of any work, a pre-payment of 50% of the total quoted price is required. This non-refundable payment secures your slot in our production queue and enables us to allocate resources accordingly. Work shall commence promptly upon receipt of this initial payment.

Once work has commenced, payments made are considered non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Unforeseen technical difficulties preventing the completion of the project.
  • Inability to meet agreed-upon deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the payment. For example, if the payment is made on April 24, 2024, at 9:00 AM, the refund can be requested until April 25, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Refunds requested after this time will not be granted.

Refunds will be processed and credited to the customer/client’s account within 6-7 working days. This timeline begins from the date the refund request is approved by Applixtech
